Bangkok vibes, Chiang Mai temples, island sunsets — no laptops, pure play
The definitive December pick for abroad. Peak season, peak energy.
Thailand in December is everything — warm, sunny, buzzing. Bangkok's rooftop bars, Chiang Mai's misty temples and ethical elephant walks, Koh Samui's beach clubs and fire shows. Cannabis is legally accessible via dispensaries (medical framework). Zero laptops. Maximum decompression.
Land at Suvarnabhumi, get your sim cards, check into a mid-range hotel near Sukhumvit. First night: wander Asok/Nana area.
